How to choose an AI interview assistant
Your interview is in Russian over Zoom, while a product demo shows a polished English answer. Before paying, test the same language, computer and question type you will use. A demo explains the interface; it does not validate your configuration.
Choose the job you need help with
For preparation, look for follow-up questions and useful feedback. During a call, test incoming speech recognition, concise suggestions and controls. After a call, test the transcript and feedback on specific replies. A service may cover all three, but each needs its own check.
For ML or DS knowledge gaps, start with learning and practice. Live suggestions cannot establish whether you understand a solution’s assumptions.
Compare before you pay

Use the same short test for each service
Prepare five questions: one about the resume, two in your specialty, a follow-up and a question the resume cannot answer. Keep wording and source documents identical across services.
Record time to a useful sentence, factual errors, invented details and manual corrections. A quick incorrect answer is not useful. Repeat each question several times rather than judging a system from one good run.
Claims that need checking
Windows support may mean a limited beta. Invisibility needs a check of the exact sharing mode. Free access can mean trial minutes or a temporary promotion. A latency claim needs measurement conditions.
